Scupp are part of the distinguished group of about 7,500 high school seniors who will receive National Merit Scholarships for college undergraduate study worth more than $31 million.

聽first had to advance to the finalist level of the competition by fulfilling additional requirements. Each semifinalist was asked to submit a detailed scholarship application, which included writing an essay and providing information about extracurricular activities, awards, and leadership positions. Semifinalists also had to have an outstanding academic record, be endorsed and recommended by a high school official, and earn SAT庐 scores that confirmed the qualifying test performance.聽

From the semifinalist group, some 15,000 met requirements for finalist standing and half of the finalists were named winners of the National Merit Scholarship Competition.聽

Rebecca Urbonas from Sunlake High School also was named a winner and has chosen 澳门六合彩历史记录 as her sponsor college. Students from other high schools who were named finalists and have selected 澳门六合彩历史记录 as their sponsor college include: Amanda Balash, Vineet Reddy, Charles Shi, and Justin Xie.聽
